EVC Foundation

EVC Foundation includes two modules:

Module 101 is designed for anyone in an enterprise—from the administrative staff to executives and directors. Session 101 teaches Participants the basic principles of the EVC methodology; and how to determine and measure, at a high-level, the value of actions and initiatives; and ensure that everyone understands how day-to-day decisions can create a positive value (i.e., economic and strategic) for their department, division and/or the enterprise.

Module 102 teaches management-level EVC principles necessary to use EVC in any business process. It also provides a basic understanding of the main models used in the EVC Methodology, which are the foundation for attending additional EVC sessions and/or managing a team of people or an organization that practices the EVC methodology.

Individuals that attend EVC Foundation are able to understand, practice and/or manage EVC at a “conceptual level”.

Who should attend?

Module 101 is for anyone in an organization—from the administrative staff to c-level executives.

Module 102 is designed for all business or technology professionals, managers, directors or c-level executives.
