EVC Practitioner (EVCp™)
A trained and certified EVC Practitioner is capable of using and measuring value creation in any business process; and is able to participate, create, and present high-level EVC-based business cases. EVC Practitioners understand and can explain all major elements of the EVC methodology, including: Profit Impacts, Key Value Creation Principles, Basis of Economic Risk of No Investment (RNI), basic means of benefits’ quantification, use of Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs) and Financial Performance Indicators (FPIs); and have a high-level understanding of the Total Benefit of Opportunity (TBO™), Total Cost of Opportunity (TCO) and Total Risk of Opportunity (TRO) models, used for identifying and measuring costs, benefits and risk at a high-level.

Individuals that attend EVC Practitioner are able to practice, measure and communicate EVC at a “process level”.
