Genius Compare

Executives, business managers, and technology professionals must perform economic comparisons of their investments and initiatives to determine the prioritization within the practice of portfolio management.
 
Genius® Compare is a software application that assists in making economic comparisons of new projects, new investments, and new management initiatives.  Genius Compare also enables the User to account for qualitative, in addition to quantitative, indicators.  With the functionality available within the Genius Compare
tool, Users can objectively define and rate qualitative elements. 

Genius Compare uses a Compare Index that is configured by the management of the organization using Genius CompareThe Compare Index can include any of the traditional financial measures (Compare Indicators), such as NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback, Total Cost of Opportunity, Total Benefit of Opportunity, Total Risk of Opportunity, Risk of Not Investing, as well as non-quantitative indicators such as the alignment to strategic objectives.
